At one point in your career, there comes a time when you make the transition from ‘mentee’ to ‘mentor’. This could be if you lose your mentor – like the author of this article – or for a number of other circumstantial reasons. Sometimes a more junior colleague will be in need of your guidance, and others you may just develop your relationship naturally.
