Business Development Manager (M4 Corridor)
The Business Development Manager will be focused on the growth and the development of the INTOO UK & Ireland business with a particular emphasis on the M4 corridor and Home Counties. The role is currently a home-based role, but the successful candidate will need to be based within the region. Must have experience of selling to HR Departments.
Engaging with HR stakeholders across the geography (and beyond), they will work to bring on new clients and sell INTOO’s services and offerings. They will help to develop the INTOO brand and reputation across a new client base. Key requirements:
- To create and implement a business development plan identifying opportunities within prospective clients, and a clear (SMART) plan to achieve those targets.
- To work ‘hand in glove’ with the Delivery team to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.
- To develop strong relationships with the wider INTOO business; Gi Group and Career Star Group – our international partners) enabling the development of new relationships with established group clients.
